WHO ON COVID-19

WHO is the World Health Organization, since the beginning of coronavirus WHO has been n its feet to have a better knowledge and understanding on how to deal with this pandemic situation which is turning worse by the day.


At present, according to WHO there are

Cases : 4,244,516

Deaths: 148,383 (North America)


Brazil

Cases : 2,343,366

Deaths: 85,238 (South America)


India

Cases : 1,337,022

Deaths: 31,406 (Asia)


Russia

Cases : 800,849

Deaths: 13,046 (Europe)


South Africa

Cases : 421,996

Deaths: 6,343 (Africa)


Along with WHO the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has put out some guidelines.


Protective Measures:

1. Wash you hands with soap thoroughly and regularly.

2. If soap and water are not available use sanitizers (at least 60% alcohol based).

3. Wash hands before touching eyes, nose, mouth, face.

4. Through used tissues in closed bins right after use.

5. Cover you mouth and nose with cloth/tissue/handkerchief while sneezing or coughing.

6. Avoid mass gathering. Follow social distancing.

7. The things brought back from outside should be isolated immediately and washed properly.

8. Eat healthy and do normal exercises at home.

9. Practice yoga.

10. Do not eat open food from outside.
