Since the time it came to notice that Indian soldiers have lost their lives on the Ladakh border, the citizens of India have taken it upon themselves to boycott Chinese products.
Sonam Wangchuk uploaded a video regarding the same.
A protest has broken out rather quickly and has been spreading to not only locally but even on government levels. The protest has started in different states of the country where people were boycotting Chinese products and destroyed all kinds of electronics and clothing goods. Banners have been made where Boycott Chinese products has been the main slogan and motive. Citizens have taken the protest out on the roads and lit fire to Chinese products and smashed gadgets. A chanting, saying ban Chinese products have been on the protesters lips.
The Indian Telecom Ministry ordered government telecom providers and other private companies to ban all future Chinese deals and equipment upgrades and Chinese companies will further be banned from participating in tenders for future projects, which is likely to include plans to upgrade 4G services in India.
The import of silk from China is being boycotted by textile industry and country made production of silk is going to be promoted to reduce the import of silk.
India exports Steel (Raw material) to China from which products are made and exported back to India at higher rates.
A ban on goods imported from China will not only help promote Indian produced materials but even increase the rate of employment in out country and increase Indian economy leading India with a higher GDP.
All the television and cinema stars who have been advertising in Chinese products have been requested to not promote them any further. A few Chinese apps have been uninstalled and citizens are already on their way to boycotting them.

The champaign to ban Chinese products in India is seeing immense positive response from its citizens. More focus should be put on #SupportMadeInIndia because after all India needs all the support from its citizens.
